Q: Are they reliable

Our products and services are all built specifically with one thing in mind, ease of use. So in a word yes, our parts are all genuine, certified and all products are tested before shipping to ensure the quality we promise.

Q: is it affordable

For our custom computers we work closely with customers to build the best PC's within your chosen budget. Our custom builds incur the prices of parts including our service fee. For our repair service we charge an upfront service fee of £60, any charges for replacement parts will be required once your issue has been diagnosed.

q: How do you ship them

We get parts in to order, these will be with us in one day, we have a 3 day turnaround period to build, test and pack the shipments, with certain delivery options this can be changed to a priority where we can have the order sent out within 2 to 4 working days.

q: What is your return policy

Within 14 days, if there should be any issues noticed we will be happy to take the product back and issue a full refund, if outside of those 14 days we still have options so feel free to email our customer support team to discuss these
